Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential NIIT learners to communicate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
  2. Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:
  • Interest Creation: Generate interest in NIIT’s programs.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the benefits and features of NIIT's offerings.
  • Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by closing sales.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale.
  1. Continuous Communication: Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
  2. Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of all interactions and communications with leads and customers.

  1. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively engage in sales processes.
  2. Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
