Job Summary

Client Solutioning: Partner with clients to diagnose needs, co-create learning journeys, and pitch innovative training architectures across domains (BFSI, tech, frontline, etc.)

Content Strategy & Development: Lead the creation of high-quality learning assets—classroom, digital, blended—using cutting-edge tools and approaches (GenAI, microlearning, simulations, etc.)

Stakeholder Management: Drive strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery with high satisfactionProject Management: Own the end-to-end execution—timeline, team coordination, quality checks, and reporting managers, sales teams, or leadership. 

Content Development Oversight: Oversee instructional design—from need analysis to storyboard to final contentReview and guide creation of high-quality learning assets—presentations, facilitator guides, participant handouts, e-learning modules, simulations, and microlearning videosEnsure alignment with learning goals, brand guidelines, compliance standards, and delivery formats
