Job Summary

Job responsibilities:

 

1) Market Understanding: Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc )

 

2) Enquiry Generation:

 

  • Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector work force within the location or outside location.
  • Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.
  • Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates
  • Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations
  • Create and expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
  • Activity management end to end, generate database of eligible candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role

 

3) Admission Process:

 

  • Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students
  • Ensure students admission process is followed

 

4) System Updating & daily Reporting:

 

  • Update system regularly
  • Daily activity reporting
  • Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
