Job Summary

Custodian of Recruitment Data – Create and Maintain the recruitment data which is error free. Maintain MIS - reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards
Handle employment engagement mode conversions – Offer, Requisition, Joining formalities, Documentation etc.
Understand various benefits and able to articulate it well, as well as handle candidate/ employee queries.
Good with stakeholder management. Coordinate with various facilitators for impactful Induction.

Educational Qualification

Essential - Graduate/ Postgraduate
Desired - BE/ MBA/ with recruitment background
