Job Summary

NIIT’s Internship Program is a 6-month program based at the NIIT Corporate Office, Gurugram. Interns will work with NIIT Digital’s Category teams on high-impact projects in areas such as Content, Sales, Partnerships, Go-to-Market, Market research & Competitive Analysis On successful completion of their stint, interns will present their work done in the last 6 months, and based on the quality and impact, qualify for an opportunity to interview for a Full-time position.

WHAT TO EXPECT • Work on real-world, project-based assignments at the intersection of technology and business & consumers • Contribute to research, solutioning, development, customer demos, and market benchmarking. Few examples: o Understand the use cases and applications of agentic AI in the working professional's segment o Identify opportunities to GTM more efficiently on existing and new channels o Design & conceptualize – new Category ideas and take accountability of E2E impact o Strong analytical bent for competitive insights & deliver data driven insight-based proposals on new offerings o Work across functions to ensure that End to end delivery is seamless • Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors across NIIT. • Gain exposure to the business cycle and program management lifecycle

Educational Qualification

Final-year B.Tech and iMBA students • Strong foundation in: o For B.Tech: application development, system design, data science and emerging technologies (esp. GenAI). o For iMBA: Data analytics, GenAI, market research

Skills

Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success

Experience

Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with ability to work with short briefs. • Curiosity, ownership, and excellent communication skills (written & spoken). • Demonstrated leadership capability across academics, projects, or extra-curriculars. • Ability to act with agility and take initiative in dynamic situations
