Overview:

 

We are seeking a motivated professional as Team Member to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementation/Maintenance Team. This role involves supporting the modules already implemented and initiating successful implementation of HCM systems for subsequent phases/modules by working closely with consultants, project managers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assist in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and providing post-implementation support. Additionally, the candidate will also support and facilitate our ongoing HR IT system requirements/enhancements as well as AI-led transformational initiatives

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements for HCM solutions.
  • System Configuration: Assist in configuring HCM modules as per project needs.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct unit and system testing to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare user manuals, process flow diagrams, and other documentation to support the implementation process.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer support during and after the go-live phase.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues during the implementation and recommend solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain current HR IT systems to ensure optimum usage and facilitate ongoing enhancement requirements in a timely manner.
  • AI Leveraging: Understand and leverage AI for potential efficiency improvement and simplification initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HCM systems like Workday, SAP HCM, or Oracle HCM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Experience in SF, SAP is a plus.

 

Preferred:

 

  • An engineering/technology qualification.
  • Prior experience in HCM system implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
