Job Summary

Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, own network, references etc. and create candidate pool

Successfully review job descriptions and refine them through discussions with Business/ HR

Understand & evaluate the technical roles and technical skills at headline level.

Ascertain the competence of candidates against an approved job description by thoroughly screening the resumes

Conduct interviews by meeting candidates in person, through telephone or video conferencing to assess their qualifications/skills and fitment for the role

Ensure that all the required documentation of the candidate is collected and scrutinized before an offer is made

Follow up. Keep in touch with candidates throughout the selection process.

Build develop and maintain relationship with candidates to start and maintain conversations.

Share candidate’s resume with hiring managers in the business/function to scrutinize or consider for the proposed role with a complete synopsis of candidate’s profile

Maintain MIS - reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards

Educational Qualification

Graduate/ Postgraduate

 BE/ MBA/ with recruitment background
