Job Summary

What you'll do

As a Strategy Analyst/Associate, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic agenda. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the CEO and senior leadership in developing, refining, and executing the company's long-term strategic plan.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics within the global talent development and education sectors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Business Model Innovation: Evaluate new business models, market entry strategies, and potential partnerships to unlock new avenues for growth in learning solutions and talent development.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and develop compelling business cases for new initiatives or existing program enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Delivery) to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
• Special Projects: Lead and support ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, which may involve M&A analysis, operational efficiency improvements, or new learning solution launches.
• Presentation & Communication: Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for the CEO and Board of Directors, effectively communicating complex strategic concepts and recommendations.

Who you are?

• MBA graduate (2026 batch) from an elite, top-tier university.
• Exceptional academic record with a strong foundation in business strategy, finance, and analytics.
• Demonstrated passion for business strategy, problem-solving, and driving impact, ideally with an interest in the education or technology-enabled learning sectors.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw insightful conclusions.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.
