Overview:
We are looking at an individual who has a prior experience of implementing Human Capital Management tool at a global level. Should have experience with process/system design, configuration, customization, integration, and testing.
Job Summary
Global HCM Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead the implementation of a global Human Capital Management system, ensuring alignment with country-specific and functional requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, from requirement gathering, process design, configuration, and deployment to post-implementation support in close coordination with the LST team.
Process/System Design & Customization:
- Partner with functional HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and customize HCM processes and workflows that enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain best practices for HCM systems, including documentation, user guides, and system architecture in close coordination with the LST team.
System Integration & Data Management:
- Collaborate with the LST team to design and manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time updates across the organization.
- Oversee data migration activities and ensure data integrity within the HCM ecosystem.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of system updates and customizations to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Incremental Changes & System Maintenance of Current HR Applications:
- Manage ongoing HR IT system maintenance, handling incremental changes, feature updates, and periodic enhancements to meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Training & Support:
- Provide training and support for HR and business users on HCM systems functionality and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues in collaboration with LST teams.
Educational & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR function and implementing and managing HCM systems on a global scale.
- Experience with key HR process/system design, configuration, customization, integration, and testing within HCM environments.
- Reasonable project management skills, with experience in leading some HCM tool implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Experience in SF, SAP SF is a plus.
