Job Title:  FACULTY

Job Summary

As a Technical Faculty need to deliver software training to students at various NIC Location 

Key responsibilities and Duties: 

• Conducting software training at various NIC locations or any other NIIT corporations.
• Prepare well for technical curriculum based on the requirement in alignment with NIIT Delivery methodologies  
• Adherence to delivery plan to achieve performance driven targets
• Actively contribute to prepare or upgrade existing courses, learning resources such as software problem statement, question bank
• Guiding students to uplift performance level and win programming contest
• Actively involved in various team initiatives directed towards quality improvements
• Individual contributor and inclusive team player
• Collaborate with the Client and the students

Educational Qualification

• Graduate with at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience into IT Delivery and Software Development
• Master's degree in IT major with experience into Software training with over 5 years of experience as full-time trainer
