The Associate Team Lead – Sales is responsible for driving enrolments and managing a team of Sales Counsellors. The role focuses on market penetration, enquiry generation, team coaching, counselling effectiveness, enrolments, and system accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and Ecosystem Understanding

Understand local micro-markets and ecosystems such as job fairs, tier-3 colleges, employment exchanges, and informal workforce sources.

Identify new outreach and expansion opportunities based on trends.

Team Leadership and Enablement

Coach and guide a team of 3–6 Sales Counsellors.

Monitor team and individual KPIs.

Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Support team members during counselling sessions and enrolment drives.

Enquiry Generation and Sales Execution

Drive walk-in and enrolment activity through BTL events, partner channels, and outreach campaigns.

Personally engage with high-potential candidates and influencers.

Maintain and manage candidate databases.

Execute telecalling campaigns with persuasive sales conversations.

Conduct field visits for lead generation and conversions.

Educational Qualifications:

Mandatory: Graduate

Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing
