Job Overview:
The Associate Team Lead – Sales is responsible for driving enrolments and managing a team of Sales Counsellors. The role focuses on market penetration, enquiry generation, team coaching, counselling effectiveness, enrolments, and system accuracy.

  • Enquiry/Lead Generation

  • Team Productivity and Mentoring

  • Counselling Effectiveness and Conversion

  • Revenue and Order Intake

  • Accurate System Updates and Reporting

Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market and Ecosystem Understanding

    • Understand local micro-markets and ecosystems such as job fairs, tier-3 colleges, employment exchanges, and informal workforce sources.

    • Identify new outreach and expansion opportunities based on trends.

  2. Team Leadership and Enablement

    • Coach and guide a team of 3–6 Sales Counsellors.

    • Monitor team and individual KPIs.

    • Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.

    • Support team members during counselling sessions and enrolment drives.

  3. Enquiry Generation and Sales Execution

    • Drive walk-in and enrolment activity through BTL events, partner channels, and outreach campaigns.

    • Personally engage with high-potential candidates and influencers.

    • Maintain and manage candidate databases.

    • Execute telecalling campaigns with persuasive sales conversations.

    • Conduct field visits for lead generation and conversions.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Graduate

  • Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing
