• Experience using Veeva Vault products (specifically MedComms)
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Reliable laptop and dependable internet connection.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual training and digital resources,

• The candidate must be bilingual. Speak/ read the local language fluently and English.
• Posses’ effective presentation skills  
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using Veeva Vault products (specifically MedComms)
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Work, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Reliable laptop and dependable internet connection.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual training and digital resources,
• Must be able to dedicate at least eight (8) hours during the month of February on upskilling in the Veeva platform and learning the training content.
• Must be able to dedicate 20 hours during the month of March for training certification and training delivery. Local time zone (JST/CST)

• The candidate must speak/read the local language fluently.
• Handles all technical aspects of the event. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
• Reliable laptop and dependable internet connection.
• Must be able to multitask during the webinar event,
• Set up the communication system prior to live event. Monitoring the chat and Q&A features, ensuring that questions and comments are addressed properly.
• Provide support for webinar speakers. Testing their audio and video setup
• Post-Event follow-up
• Comfortable using technology for virtual training and digital resources.
• Launch interactive elements such as polls or Q&A sessions, if applicable
• Must be able to dedicate 13 hours during the month of March for the event dress rehearsal and training delivery. Local time zone (JST/CST)
• This is a freelancer position
