Position: Docebo Implementation Consultant

Company: NIIT USA Inc.

Location: 100% Remote (Europe)

Languages: French and English

We are looking for a driven, innovative Docebo Implementation Consultant who is eager to join a growing team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the Docebo learning platform and other web-based Talent Management systems.

Working closely with Docebo clients, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Your core focus will include business process mapping, requirements analysis, data migration, and technical integrations. As the primary liaison between client business teams, technical resources, and software vendors, you will ensure that solutions are flawlessly configured, rigorously tested, and successfully adopted at launch.

Experience

• Experience: 3-5 years of implementation experience of Docebo Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Implementations: Completed 5+ Docebo Learning implementations on the partner side (not client-side)
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of the organization and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability & Time Management: Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with dedication, willingness, and flexibility to meet tight, changing deadlines and work within strict schedules.
• Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, work independently, and collaborate seamlessly with a remote team.
• Attention to Detail: Superior attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Growth Mindset: Inquisitiveness and a strong desire to learn new things to grow alongside company needs.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrable ability to resolve complex system or business issues, think on your feet, and offer creative, solution-oriented options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Languages: French (native) and English are required
• 3rd language from this list would be a major benefit: Italian, Flemish, Portuguese, German or Spanish.
• Ability to travel occasionally to multiple client locations and semi-annual firm meetings.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Certification: Docebo Pro Certification is required
• Degreed certification is required.
• Bonus Experience: Previous experience working for Docebo's internal implementation team is a strong plus
• Language Skills: Native French speaker with fluent English proficiency.
