SENIOR IMPLEMENTATION & INTEGRATION CONSULTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, innovative Docebo Implementation Consultant who is eager to join a growing team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the Docebo learning platform and other web-based Talent Management systems.

Working closely with Docebo clients, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Your core focus will include business process mapping, requirements analysis, data migration, and technical integrations. As the primary liaison between client business teams, technical resources, and software vendors, you will ensure that solutions are flawlessly configured, rigorously tested, and successfully adopted at launch.

 Technical Implementation & Integration:

• System Configuration: Build, configure, and manage cloud-based environments to meet specific client needs.
• Data Migration: Lead clients through complex data migration efforts, including data validation, error resolution, and verification using ETL processes.
• Integrations: Lead system connectivity efforts, building and troubleshooting automated workflows to ensure reliable data flow between systems.

Technical Expertise

• Web Services & APIs: Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, webhooks, JSON-based data exchange, and general troubleshooting of system integrations.
• Authentication: Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, including SAML, and encryption standards such as AES.
• Data Management: Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, HRIS platforms, and data transformation techniques.
• iPaaS Platforms: Experience with integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi is highly preferred.
• Docebo: Direct experience and/or certification with the Docebo platform is highly preferred.
