Job Summary
Role Summary
The Learning Operations Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs delivered on-site. This role ensures that all training logistics, communication, facilitator support, and administrative processes are handled efficiently to deliver a seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bi-weekly learning sessions and maintain training participant tracking.
- Plan and organize Global Trainings on site (leadership, culture, soft skills trainings).
- Manage all logistics including room booking, catering, training materials, and visitor access.
- Serve as main point of contact for trainers, participants, and global learning teams.
- Send communications, invitations, and SAP SuccessFactors registration links as required.
- Oversee classroom setup and welcome external trainers.
- Manage invoicing in SAP Fiori and update cost allocation files.
- Support organization of Absence Management and Mental Health trainings.
- Coordinate language class requests and purchase orders for employees.
- Respond to all Swiss training-related inquiries in our HRIS system (Neocase).
