Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic freelance US-Voice and Accent Trainer to deliver training at client locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive V&A training programs to our clients. This Objective is to transform learners (New Hires) and skill them to enable customer support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire and ongoing training for new hires and existing staff on voice, grammar and soft skills (culture, customer service, telephone etiquette, email writing & chat)
• Conduct TNA: Identify training gaps and tailor the content, accordingly.
• Coaching & Feedback: Provide feedback using different methodologies
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills: Includes creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a classroom/virtual environment
• Assessment Tool: Must have knowledge about SVAR assessment tool.
• Content Curation: Should have knowledge to create training material, modules and handouts (if required)
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Should be able to use Power Point & Excel
