Job Summary

The Marketing, Communications & Events Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and supporting a culture of innovation and responsible operations. This position supports the planning, execution, and optimization of a variety of internal virtual and in-person engagement activities, including flagship compliance and engagement campaigns.

The coordinator will craft compelling communications and learning assets, develop marketing materials aligned with brand standards, and manage stakeholder feedback cycles to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role also involves tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the impact of engagement efforts and support continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Campaign Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute logistics for major campaigns and events, including vendor coordination, invitations, and on-site or virtual support

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery of virtual and in-person events, digital activities, and campaign marketing

Communications & Marketing

  • Support the Communications Lead in creating and delivering impactful communications and marketing materials for year-round initiatives and key campaigns

  • Amplify campaign messaging across multiple channels, including internal collaboration platforms, email, and digital signage

Content Creation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and produce content and toolkits for engagement activities (e.g., trivia, leadership panels, local event facilitation)

  • Collaborate with Learning Designers and Governance & Risk teams to reinforce key programs

  • Manage review and feedback cycles by distributing materials, collecting input, and implementing updates consistently across all assets

Measurement & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze participant feedback, content performance, and event analytics

  • Track key engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement

  • Prepare post-event and campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations
