Language expert is responsible for answering customer calls, profile creation, billing, processing order, working on an LMS for delivery of training programs, events and workshops. He is required to coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment. 
Job Description    
•    Provide customers with information on course offerings and products
•    Enrolling customers in open enrolment classes for external, internal, domestic and international customers.
•    Securing billing information from customers via purchase orders, contracts, and credit Card., WBS Numbers. Knowledge of customer service policies.
•    Do Bulk Completions for internal employees to ensure that they receive credit for their training.
•    Add External Profiles into our LMS system and ensure that they can access the LMS system for training courses
•    Responsible for interacting with customers to address standards to slightly complex delivery issues.
•    Processing customer orders
•    Assist customers with Computer Based-training, Web or Multi-media Training.
•    Researches order delivery status and prepare appropriate response to customer.  
•    Creating standard quotes for external customers and sales team for Open Enrolment classes and web-based courses.
•    Answer phone calls from customers/ clients
Experience and Skills    •    Proficiency in Language and English language

•    Must have an outgoing personality and skills in speaking, organizing, listening, leadership, communication and decision making.
•    Well organized and customer focused. 
•    Proficient in Computer (MS Office, SharePoint and CRM tools). 
•    Attention to detail and an ability to work easily with others.
•    Ability to work independently in a flexible and adaptable manner. 
•    Working globally, covering different time zones and languages is key
