Roles and Responsibilities

• Review deliverables against predefined test cases to verify functionality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable standards, regulations, client specifications, and documented procedures.
• Monitor and achieve daily individual quality goals, including productivity, SLA adherence, and accuracy targets.
• Identify and report quality issues or process gaps and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality and improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation of quality checks, findings, and improvement actions

• Required Qualifications
  Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Quality Management, or related discipline).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards, testing procedures, and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data analysis.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
