Position Title- CRM- Admin Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive EspoCRM Team Member who has hands-on experience with EspoCRM, SugarCRM, and VtigerCRM platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer engagement workflows.

Roles and responsibilities:

 Configure, customize, and maintain EspoCRM based on business needs.

 Migrate or integrate data between EspoCRM, SugarCRM, and VtigerCRM.

 Develop and maintain CRM modules, workflows, and automation processes.

 Support users by troubleshooting CRM issues and ensuring smooth functionality.

 Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose CRM enhancements.

 Prepare technical and user documentation for CRM-related processes.

 Coordinate with developers and Team  for CRM updates and integrations.

 

Educational Qualification

  • B.E / B. Tech / MCA
  • 2–4 years of experience working with EspoCRM, SugarCRM, or VtigerCRM.

Skills

Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success

Experience

Good to have skills:

  • Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to UI/UX customization within CRM platforms.
  • Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
  • Must be able to design solutions and form/drive related plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
  • Understanding business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
