Job Summary
- Formulate strategies and execute actions which will lead to high engagement level and retention of NIITians.
- Ensure all NIIT HR processes are implemented for the cohort being managed.
- Facilitate the smooth induction of new joiners
- Plan and executive various activities for retention and engagement of employees
- Ensure resolution to employee’s issues / grievances within SLA
- Facilitate smooth service delivery for NIITians in coordination with other teams (e.g. FSO, CSO, Central HR)
- Facilitate closure of performance appraisal process within the timelines and ensure the effectiveness of goals and performance conversations. Facilitate performance improvement for PIP cases.
- Facilitate career progression for NIITians
- Query handling on polices, processes, procedures within the SLA
- Effective execution of various people processes and also handle various employee life cycle transactions
- Effectively plan and execute various events – Virtual & F2F
- Maintain and publish various dashboard
