JobDescription

Undertake requirement management with client to define and decide the scope of work.

Estimate effort and timelines for the project.

Project planning, scheduling, reviewing/monitoring.

Manage project budgets and ensure project profitability

Define and communicate Project standards/metrics with mentors

Allocation and review/monitor guidance & exposure with

Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project.

Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables.

Motivate and lead project team including setting & reviewing goals/KPAs/ targets.

Finalizing appropriate SMEs for content.

Work with functional teams for resource projections, planning, delivery schedules.

Participate in key discussions with functional team leads and clients.

Must be MBA Graduate or MA-Mass Communication/Literature/English

Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success
