JobDescription

This is 1 year contract role with the scope of conversion / extention based on performance.

We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer who is proficient in modern web application development and has hands-on experience with React.js and exposure to Node.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend APIs, integrating them with dynamic front-end interfaces, and contributing to scalable full-stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP framework).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Work with Node.js for backend services, integrations, or API middleware when needed.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions for new modules and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, functional components).
• Exposure to Node.js (Express.js, middleware, API integration).
• Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL and database design.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or other cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities in an agile team setup.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
