Job Description: Business Development Executive
1. Market Understanding:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the micro-market within the assigned territory, including prospects, employment exchanges, third-party employers, unorganized sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni networks, and other ecosystem players.
2. Enquiry Generation:
- Conduct outreach activities such as job fairs, college visits (as applicable), and engagement with employment exchanges and unorganized workforce sectors, both within and outside the assigned location.
- Build strong relationships with graduates and other stakeholders to drive enquiry generation and expand the database of eligible candidates.
- Travel extensively to outreach locations to generate leads and explore new locations to expand the base monthly.
- Manage end-to-end activity planning, including database creation, extensive telecalling, presentations, and convincing candidates to enroll in courses and pursue opportunities in sales roles.
3. Admission Process:
- Provide accurate and comprehensive course information to students.
- Ensure adherence to the student admission process to maintain consistency and quality.
4. System Updates & Reporting:
- Regularly update systems with relevant data and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Submit daily activity reports and contribute to batch occupancy and timely batch launches.
