Job Title: Cybersecurity TA

Employment Type: Full-Time (15 weeks, 8 hours/day)

Bootcamp Overview:

This 15-week, intensive Cybersecurity Advanced Pathway bootcamp is designed to equip learners with practical, job-ready skills in IT fundamentals, networking, security implementation, and cybersecurity analysis. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, real-world problem-solving, and certification preparation for CompTIA A+, Security+, and CySA+. Through structured instruction, labs, and assessments, students gain the technical expertise and critical thinking abilities required to succeed in cybersecurity operations, penetration testing, and incident response roles.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity TA to lead this immersive training program. The TA will provide expert guidance, facilitate hands-on labs, and mentor students to ensure they develop both theoretical knowledge and practical cybersecurity skills. The role requires a professional with a strong blend of industry experience and instructional expertise who can engage, challenge, and support learners throughout the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2.  3 to 5+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC analysis, penetration testing, or network security.
3. Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent.
