Job Summary
- As a PM, you must be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating project tasks, monitoring project progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Good to have experience working with transport networks on either of the vendors (for e.g. Huawei, Infinera, Nokia, ADVA, 6500).
- This position requires an advanced level of expertise, leadership, and innovation. You will lead complex projects and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge telecommunication solutions.
- Lead and oversee strategic telecommunication projects and implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to Telecommunication Installers at all skill levels.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in telecommunication installations,
- maintenance, and upgrades with the help of the QA/Testing team.
- Monitor and support the technical team to resolve complex and critical issues in telecommunication systems.
- Provides detailed Project Status Reports to the Stakeholders daily.
- Escalates issues to stakeholders, accurately defines the problem and participates with the technical team in troubleshooting to ensure it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Ensure to provide resource access to the on-site team.
- Schedule and monitor the delivery of the equipment to the project site.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree is Mandatory

Experience
- The candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of accumulated experience or equivalent as determined by the Installation Supplier’s learning process.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems.
- PM experience in the telecom industry and/or participation in medium to large-scale projects. Deployment is plus.
- Knowledge of the Wave server is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work
- effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and project team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion.
- Ensure to meet the target and closely monitor the progress of Hardware installation, along with looking after End-to-End media clearance and commissioning, and integration of sites.
- Manage the activities for site Survey, Installation, Integration, and for Quality check randomly
- with their teams and with the customer as per agreed and locked international standards with the customer.
- Ensuring that the installed systems meet all regulatory standards and customer expectations.
- Ability to understand and create Schedules.
- Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Ability to do RCA, conducting thorough analyses of Issues, defects, or failures to determine the root causes.
