Position Title: Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to train and support community college faculty nationwide on our LMS platform. You’ll lead onboarding, deliver training, and ensure smooth program adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Guide faculty through LMS setup and training

• Provide ongoing support and resources

• Maintain communication and gather feedback

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to improve delivery

Educational Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in educational training, onboarding, or support roles, preferably within the community college sector.
