Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Databricks Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Databricks, Apache Spark, and related big data technologies to technical teams, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively in their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on Databricks and Apache Spark tailored to various skill levels.

• Conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions to educate participants on best 

  • practices, data engineering, and data analytics using Databricks.

  • Develop training materials, including slides, exercises, and documentation, to support learning.

  • Assess trainees’ understanding and progress through tests, quizzes, and feedback sessions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand training needs and customize content accordingly.

  • Stay updated with the latest Databricks features, updates, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant.

  • Provide post-training support and mentoring to trainees as required.

Educational Qualification

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Databricks and Apache Spark in a production environment.

• Strong knowledge of big data ecosystems, including Spark SQL, Delta Lake, MLflow, and related tools.

• Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring technical audiences.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
