Job Title:  ASSOCIATE HOSTING EXPERT - I

Job Summary

• Provide support / help for onboarding the new online trainers                                
• Facilitate live online sessions, providing audio, video and chat support                                          
• Encourage full participation, promotes cooperation, cultivates shared responsibility and thus drive synergy                                  
• Coordinate and block faculty’s dates & timing in lines with the training and workshop calendars/get the training dates confirmed                                        
• Actively engage in recording and editing of the presentation                                   
• Manage SAP LMS & Moodle Administration activities for Blended Trainings

         Mandatory Experience/ Skills*  

• Professional hosting skills - must be a strong  people orientated communicator with extensive experience of supporting  virtual meeting and virtual classroom learning activities
• Excellent communication skills in English - spoken and written                 
• Ability and experience of handling challenging situations in calls/Webcasts   
  
  Preferable Experience/ Skills                
• Hosting experience using  Adobe connect and Lync will be an added advantage         
• Experience in training – Instructor led  and / or ELearning            
• Desirable to have knowledge of Oil & Gas industry domain
