Educational Qualification

• Visier platform certification or training.
• Experience integrating Visier with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP   SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Background in consulting, enterprise HR, or workforce strategy roles.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and advanced storytelling techniques.

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Visier Business Intelligence Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and utilization of Visier People Analytics solutions. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Visier with a consultative mindset and a deep understanding of business or HR analytics.

• Lead the implementation of Visier People Analytics across key clients.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable and insightful BI solutions using the Visier platform.
• Configure data models, concepts, dimensions, and metrics in Visier to meet workforce analytics needs.
• Provide consultative support to client business leaders, enabling them to interpret data insights effectively.
• Partner with internal data and integration teams to ensure accurate and secure data ingestion into the Visier platform.
• Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to maintain integrity and reliability of insights.
• Design and deliver training and enablement materials to increase stakeholder adoption and data literacy.
• Stay current with Visier platform enhancements, BI best practices, and evolving   HR analytics trends.
