We are seeking an experienced Leadership Facilitator to deliver impactful leadership development programs for frontline managers, middle managers, and experienced leaders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing leaders, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences that enhance leadership capability and drive business performance.
The Leadership Facilitator will partner with clients, business leaders, and learning teams to deliver high-quality leadership programs across virtual and classroom environments, ensuring an exceptional learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Program Facilitation
- Deliver instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) leadership programs for frontline, middle-level, and experienced leaders.
- Facilitate leadership programs covering topics such as:

- Create an engaging, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment.
- Adapt facilitation style to suit diverse audiences, cultures, and business environments.
- Encourage learner participation through discussions, case studies, simulations, and experiential activities.
Learning Delivery Excellence
- Deliver programs aligned with client objectives, learning outcomes, and facilitation standards.
- Customize facilitation based on participant needs while maintaining program integrity.
- Effectively manage classroom dynamics and encourage peer learning.
- Support learners in applying leadership concepts to workplace situations.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients, learning partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client expectations and ensure successful program delivery.
- Provide timely feedback and delivery observations where required.
- Represent the organization professionally during client engagements.
Coaching & Learner Support
- Facilitate reflective discussions and action planning.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to participants during learning sessions.
- Encourage participants to translate learning into practical workplace actions.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience facilitating leadership development programs in a corporate environment.
- Experience delivering programs for frontline, middle-level, and experienced leaders.
- Experience facilitating both classroom and virtual learning sessions.
