As part of its leadership development strategy, NIIT utilizes the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360° Assessment to provide leaders with meaningful insights into their leadership effectiveness and development opportunities.
We are seeking experienced LCP-certified consultants and executive coaches to support NIIT leaders through professional assessment debriefs, leadership coaching conversations, and development planning. Consultants should possess the capabilities outlined below.

Skills and Certifications
- Current certification in Leadership Circle Profile (LCP).
- Professional coaching certification (ICF ACC, PCC, MCC or equivalent) preferred.
- Skilled in executive coaching, leadership assessment interpretation, and development planning.
- Ability to facilitate impactful coaching conversations that drive self-awareness and behavioral change.
- Strong communication, listening, questioning, and feedback skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive discussions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, HR partners, leadership development teams, and participants.
- Fluency in English; additional language capabilities are desirable based on regional delivery requirements.
Experience
Leadership Assessment and Coaching Experience
- Certified and experienced in delivering Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessment debriefs.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing executive coaching, leadership coaching, or leadership development consulting.
- Demonstrated experience helping leaders interpret assessment results and translate insights into actionable development plans.
- Experience conducting one-on-one debrief sessions for leaders at manager, director, and executive levels.
