Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical learning solutions, delivering training programs, supporting learning operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective learning outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, consulting skills, and experience in learning delivery environments. 

 

Roles and responsibility

  • Manage and deliver technical learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze training requirements and provide suitable learning solutions for stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and review technical learning content, assessments, and training documentation.
  • Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning programs.
  • Provide consultation and support on learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of learning projects and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor learner engagement, training effectiveness, and project performance metrics.
  • Support process improvements and implement best practices in learning delivery operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern learning methodologies.

 

 

 

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree related to technical field.
  • Experience in technical consulting, training delivery, or learning operations.

Experience

 

  • 4 to 6 years of experience
