Job Summary

The Community Manager – LATAM will be responsible for driving engagement, participation, and execution of a student ambassador program across universities in Brazil and Mexico.
This is a regional role requiring strong familiarity with university environments, student communities, and cultural dynamics across LATAM markets.
The Community Manager will support ambassadors across both countries while ensuring consistent engagement, localized coordination, and effective activity execution.

Experience

1. University & College Network Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student communities across designated colleges.
Leverage local student networks, campus organizations, and academic communities
Support coordination with:
Student clubs
University groups
Campus stakeholders
Expand reach through local campus connections and partnerships
 
2. Ambassador Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary contact for ambassadors across LATAM region
Manage communication channels:
Discord
WhatsApp
Regional communication tools
Drive engagement cadence:
Weekly updates
Bi-weekly check-ins
Continuous interaction
 
3. Program Execution Support
Support ambassadors in:
Organizing campus activities
Running awareness campaigns
Executing engagement initiatives
Provide guidance on:
Event planning
Activity execution
Regional adaptation
 
4. Community & Content Management
Adapt content for local language and cultural context (Spanish/Portuguese as applicable)
Share updates and campaign materials
Highlight achievements and engagement milestones
 
5. Engagement Events & Programming
Coordinate regional:
Check-ins
Webinars
Engagement sessions
Support ambassador-led:
Workshops
Campus initiatives
 
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track participation across both countries
Validate activity submissions
Maintain engagement data and share reporting inputs
 
7. Moderation & Community Culture
Maintain inclusive and engaging community environment
Address regional challenges and engagement gaps
Ensure consistent experience across geographies
