Job Summary

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Administration features of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System (LMS).
Understand and apply comprehensive learning operations knowledge to execute effective course deployment strategies to global audiences.

Strong and effective in written, verbal, and presentation skills

Analyze and provide recommendations to address existing problems.

Develops creative solutions in preparation for unforeseen issues.

Apply analytical and critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in a high-pressure situation

Detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-focused professional who can pivot priorities based on changing business needs

Required Skill Set

Certified on CSOD certifications – Core and Learning
Must have worked on CSOD platform for more than 5 years

Job Specifications

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time exempt (salaried) position; days and hours of work vary, but commonly fall within Monday-Friday during business hours. Evening and weekend work is required at times as job duties demand, particularly where there is a need to meet deadlines.

Travel

Must be willing to occasionally travel to company sites domestically, and potentially internationally (around 0-5 percent). Ability and flexibility to travel may be required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The work location varies and includes client locations, home office, clerical office. The position can require sitting for extended periods of time. This role routinely uses standard office and/or remote-work equipment such as laptops, tablets, computers, phones, scanner/copiers, and digital filing systems.
