Job overview

The Software Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software applications that support digital learning products and content delivery. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions while contributing to technical improvements and innovation. 

Roles and responsibility

• Design, develop, test, and maintain learning technology applications and platforms.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems, including LMS platforms.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects to ensure application stability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
• Collaborate with content, product, and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in software development or application engineering.
