We are currently developing courses on AI in Project Management and AI in Marketing. The intent is to work with professionals who have hands-on experience and expertise in implementing AI solutions within these domains. Below is a high-level outline of the course content for your reference.

Monitoring & Control

• Creating a risk register
• Drafting project status reports
• Analyzing the impact of change

AI in Marketing

Audience & Market Understanding

• Researching potential target audiences
• Analyzing competitor messaging and identifying opportunities
• Mapping the customer journey across channels

Content Creation & Adaptation

• Creating marketing content using AI
• Adapting content for multiple channels
• Applying brand voice guidelines in content creation

Content Quality & Compliance

• Reviewing content for brand alignment and compliance
• Identifying content and compliance risks

Performance & Optimization
