Job Overview

The Senior Training Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end training delivery operations in line with client needs. This role involves working closely with internal trainers, external vendors, and international teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Analyse client-provided training needs and determine session requirements based on course and site. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors. 
  • Schedule and plan training sessions in coordination with trainees' availability and expectations. 
  • Manage administrative processes for training sessions: creation, modification, completion, and cancellation. 
  • Ensure training agreements are validated and signed by both the client and vendors. 
  • Coordinate with training providers, the master vendor (OPCO), and the Indian delivery team for smooth execution and settlement of training

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree required 

Experience

 

  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience
