Job Title:  Project Manager - Operations

Job Summary

Professional Responsibilities:

• As a PM you must be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating project tasks, monitoring project progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Additionally, they must manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Good to have experience working with transport networks on either of the vendors (for e.g. Huawei, Infinera, Nokia, ADVA, Ciena 6500).
• This position requires an advanced level of expertise, leadership, and innovation. You will lead complex projects and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge telecommunication solutions.
• Lead and oversee strategic telecommunication projects and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to Telecommunication Installers at all skill levels.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in telecommunication installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Address and resolve complex and critical issues in telecommunication systems, providing expert-level technical support.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems.
• Advanced knowledge of telecommunication technologies, protocols, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
