NIIT is partnering with a large global pharmaceutical company to deliver Best in Class Leadership Development training. We are seeking a Philadelphia are based facilitator to deliver in person and remote training and coaching. We are building a centralized organization to bring the highest quality engagements and interactions to the learning experience and help build the next generation of leaders.
The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating learning experiences that require participation and sharing from individuals in breakouts and group discussions both live and virtually. This person should be comfortable leading discussions relating to topics that are personal and sensitive in nature to help achieve the personal growth and outcomes that are targeted. They should be able to interact with all levels of leadership and adjust accordingly to audience demographics and dynamics
Key Tasks:
• Prepares and conducts ILT and VILT training programs within a particular
division / geography / catalog area.
• Delivery of training programs, conduct research on industry trends, or support
the design of training materials.
• Anticipates and incorporates cultural issues relevant to solution delivery by
acting as a role model.
• Provides feedback on instructional and delivery methods, including coaching.
• They may also work under the supervision of more experienced trainers to gain
hands-on experience in the field.
• Applies subject matter knowledge to deliver learning solutions to engage the
learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
• Anticipates and incorporates cultural issues relevant to solution delivery by
acting as a role model.
• Establishes credibility by demonstrating expert knowledge of solution content,
providing relevant business examples, and helping learners apply learning to
on- the-job situations.
• Works closely with HR Ops to manage pre-event needs and provide onsite
support in addition to tracking learner attendance / engagement.
• Coordinates with and prepares SMEs to assist in delivering training to learners
Skills
Experience
• 15+ years broad industry experience working with large organizations.
• 5+ years’ experience working in a senior leadership role
• 5+ years training consultancy/facilitation for Mid-level and Senior audiences
• Experience managing a learning environment with constructive feedback, and
prediction of and response to learner needs.
• Brings deep domain experience in a specific area (professional skills or
technical area)
• Collaborate with HR Operations to handle pre-event requirements and offer
on-site support, as well as track learner attendance and engagement.
• Collecting metrics to evaluate the impact of the program on both the program
itself and the learners.
• Ensuring that all required components of the learning solution are completed
by the learners in the appropriate sequence, if applicable.
• Communicating with first-line managers of participants, providing them with
templated communications that outline their responsibilities for sponsorship,
pull-through, and post-event certifications, as necessary.
• Conduct Train-the-trainer sessions, as needed.
