Job Title:  PROGRAM MANAGER-LEARNING DELIVERY

Job Summary

  • Works with customer Learning Consultants/Learning Business Partners and BU stakeholders to
    • Understand and document training requirements from the BUs
    • Design training execution plans (Content Development/Training Delivery/Administration) that meet business requirements
    • Present plans for Learning Consultants/Learning Business Partners and BU stakeholders
    • Track and report on training projects/initiatives

 

  • Works with team members/external partners to
    • Create schedules for execution of Content Development/Training Delivery/Administration projects
    • Create reports to track existing projects (for reporting to business)

 

  • Works with Global Program Manager to
    • Plan for service delivery to customer
    • Report on Business in assigned areas
    • Get approvals on new projects/initiative
    • Perform day-to-day activities as directed by the Global Program Manager

Experience

Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience (5 Years in Training Organization)
  • Good understanding of different modalities of training delivery, content development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience interfacing with business stakeholders

  • Customer Satisfaction Score (Business Relationship Manager Feedback)
  • Schedule Adherence (Reporting)
  • Certification (as/if required)
  • Additional Metrics as decided by Global Program Manager
