Job Summary
- Works with customer Learning Consultants/Learning Business Partners and BU stakeholders to
- Understand and document training requirements from the BUs
- Design training execution plans (Content Development/Training Delivery/Administration) that meet business requirements
- Present plans for Learning Consultants/Learning Business Partners and BU stakeholders
- Track and report on training projects/initiatives
- Works with team members/external partners to
- Create schedules for execution of Content Development/Training Delivery/Administration projects
- Create reports to track existing projects (for reporting to business)
- Works with Global Program Manager to
- Plan for service delivery to customer
- Report on Business in assigned areas
- Get approvals on new projects/initiative
- Perform day-to-day activities as directed by the Global Program Manager

Experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience (5 Years in Training Organization)
- Good understanding of different modalities of training delivery, content development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience interfacing with business stakeholders
