Job Overview

The Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation Consultant is responsible for the configuration and stability of our LMS (Oracle Learn) to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience for all Client employees 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Oracle Fusion Learning Management System, overseeing the platform's configuration, maintenance, and user access
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the LMS is running efficiently, and technical issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.  
• Regularly update the LMS with new learning content, including courses, resources, and assessments, while maintaining accuracy and relevancy.  
• Demonstrate a strong passion for improving user experience within the LMS platform, addressing pain points, and reconfiguring functionalities to enhance usability.  
• Conduct user surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to create an intuitive and enjoyable learning environment.  
• Work closely with subject matter experts and content providers to curate and integrate self-directed learning platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning, into the LMS ecosystem.  
• Ensure seamless integration of external learning content, making it easily accessible to learners within the LMS, and tracking its effectiveness in meeting learning objectives.  
• Utilize data analytics tools within the LMS to track user engagement, learning progress, and overall performance.  
• Generate comprehensive reports and insights from learning data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on data-driven decisions.  
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and LMS administrators, empowering them to effectively utilize the system's features and functions
• Provide ongoing support to learners and content creators, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the LMS

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• English communication capability

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of experience
• LMS Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Learning Management Systems and their functionalities, with prior experience in managing and administering LMS platforms. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and emerging trends in learning technology is essential
• Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge: A strong background and familiarity with the oil and gas industry are highly desirable
