Job Title:  LANGUAGE EXPERT

Job Summary

• (LE-Spanish)-Assist customers with Computer Based-training, Web or Multi-media Training., Add External Profiles into our LMS system and ensure that they can access the LMS system for training courses
• Provide customers with Offering information and products, Enrolling customers in open enrolment classes for external, internal,  international customers.,,
• Securing billing information from customers via purchase orders, contracts, and credit Card., WBS Numbers.
• Knowledge of customer service policies.
• Do Bulk Completions for internal employees to ensure that they receive credit for their training, Researches order delivery status and prepare appropriate response to customer, Answer phone calls from customers/ clients

Educational Qualification

• He/She must be a Graduate
