Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Training Specialist who will support the delivery and coordination of behavioural and soft skills learning initiatives across the organization. Think of yourself as an enabler of growth – someone who ensures training programs run smoothly, supports content development, and delivers engaging sessions that help employees build essential workplace capabilities.

This role focuses on coordinating logistics, supporting trainers, delivering pre-defined modules, and ensuring an excellent learner experience while tracking measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Program Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate all aspects of learning programs including training invitations, participant communications, pre-work distribution, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain and publish learning calendars, ensuring programs are promoted and scheduled effectively.
  • Support multiple training modalities (virtual, classroom, blended), ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
  • Prepare and manage training reports, dashboards, and post-session feedback for stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to align sessions with business priorities and escalate operational challenges with solutions.

Content Support & Facilitation

  • Deliver pre-designed behavioural and soft skills programs for entry- and mid-level employees, adapting delivery style to diverse audiences.
  • Support senior facilitators in localizing and contextualizing content to meet regional or functional needs.
  • Assist in developing microlearning and digital learning assets to enhance program accessibility and learner engagement.

Learning Technology & Administration

  • Manage learning management system (LMS) updates, program enrollments, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot participant issues related to technology, scheduling, or resources.
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository of learning materials for trainers and participants.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Collate feedback data, prepare evaluation reports, and recommend improvements based on learner insights.
  • Conduct follow-up surveys and assessments to track knowledge retention and skill application.
  • Research emerging trends in behavioural learning to suggest enhancements to training approaches.

Experience

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong track record in program coordination, content customization, and end-to-end training delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience designing and delivering behavioral/soft skills/managerial development/voice and accent programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with participants at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with various training modalities (classroom, virtual, blended learning)
  • Background in psychology, organizational behavior, HR, or related field preferred
  • Experience with using AI for L&D
  • Advanced degree in psychology, organizational development, adult learning, or related field preferred
  • Professional certifications (ICF coaching credentials, MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, etc.) highly valued
  • Experience partnering with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to align training with business needs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in facilitating behavioral and soft skills programs using blended learning methodologies (classroom, virtual, simulations).
  • Proficiency in learning technology platforms (LMS, digital content tools, and virtual delivery platforms).
  • Strong program management skills, including the ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Competence in training evaluation frameworks and reporting, including analyzing ROI and impact metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage varied audiences.
