Job Summary

Understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, BS & CF) - Variance analysis

FP&A - Approx 70% of the role. Track & report KPIs

Financial Modelling. P&L, BS & CF linked model with various variables

Periodic management reporting and reviews including daily/weekly business reporting, monthly performance reviews, forecast reporting etc.

Assist in various automation initiatives including that for periodic business / financial MIS.

CA inter or MBA Finance

Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success

Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and other reporting tools,

Working knowledge of SAP, MS Access (Good to have), Power BI

Should have experience of working in a technology driven environment.

Understanding - Financial modelling, Financial Analysis, Budget Vs planned Vs forecast

Experience of delivering result-based task.

Should be meticulous, have the ability to identify the finer point

Sense of urgency and ability to be proactive on issues and opportunities

Flexibility & commitment: Comfortable to stretch at the time of closing & audit

4-8 years of desired work experience
