Job Overview

The Senior Training Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end training delivery operations in line with client needs. This role involves working closely with internal trainers, external vendors, and international teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating corporate training programs, workshops, and learning events. The role involves managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution of all training activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops as per the event readiness process.Manage venue bookings and ensure all training facilities are properly set up.Communicate with instructors, vendors, and internal teams.Perform LMS-related activities — enrollment, scheduling, rescheduling, and feedback management.Assist trainers and participants with administrative support and issue resolution.Document issues, track tickets, and prepare daily/weekly reports on Excel.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree required
