Responsibilities:
- Conduct a needs assessment to identify leadership development gaps within the organization.
- Design and develop comprehensive leadership training programs, including modules, workshops, and presentations.
- Utilize a variety of engaging learning methods, such as case studies, simulations, role-playing activities, and interactive discussions.
- Deliver training programs to mid-senior leadership in an engaging and informative manner.
- Develop and curate high-quality training materials, including handouts, workbooks, and online resources.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest leadership trends and best practices.
- Facilitate group discussions and provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their leadership skills.
- Assist in the evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness of training programs.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 8-12years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and interactive training content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with participants at all levels of the organization.
