Job Summary

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals, analyzing needs and priorities for desired outcomes.
• Capability Development Consultancy: Design and manage top-tier learning initiatives, leveraging NIIT CoE capabilities for impactful outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Performance Consultancy: Provide expert analysis and recommendations to enhance learning initiative performance leading to business impact. Conduct robust root cause analysis, define clear success measures related to business impact, and develop evaluation plans using data and analytics for continuous improvement and alignment with long-term goals.
• New Learning Solutions Consultancy: Offer expert guidance for deploying new learning solutions, from needs assessment to execution and rollout. Conduct thorough assessments of organizational learning needs, analyze gaps, and provide tailored recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in AI-Led Learning Solutions: Demonstrate expertise in leveraging AI for learning initiative design and content curation. Use AI tools to optimize content creation, personalization, and delivery, enhancing engagement and effectiveness.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee tailored strategic capability aligned learning portfolios to dynamically align with organizational objectives, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.
• Agile Project Management: Efficiently plan, execute, and monitor capability development initiatives using project management principles and Agile methodologies. Lead cross-functional NIIT Center of Expertise teams within SCRUM methodology to ensure rapid delivery within constraints and meet organizational needs.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in learning projects to minimize disruptions and maximize success.
