Job Title:  Senior Executive - Global Sourcing

Job Summary

Project Planning & execution:

• Manage sourcing team and End to end recruitment, industry knowledge is a must
• Understand profiles and identify gaps in V&A, Sentence construction and chat process
• Experience of conducting, Off Campus drives, referal drives, Internet and Portal search
• Mobilize channels  , Vendor hiring & management

Individual contributor, Portal knowledge:

• Open to travel , flexible to work weekends , coordination skills
• Identify key risks and create & implement mitigation plans for the project
• Communicates regularly with client for project deliverables

Process Management:

• Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards.
• Understand the process and identify process gaps to bring in continuous improvements and efficiencies for project deliverables

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate
