Primary Skills: • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors >> Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central modules. • Gather business requirements and define functional specification with stakeholders, design process, configuration and testing, data conversion. • Responsible for system customization and all change requests. • Monitor delivery performance and quality, include system testing. • Configures changes to business rules, workflow, route maps, custom fields, panels, and templates in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central according to changing business requirements. • Manages role-based permission group, and API security permissions to ensure a secured and governed system environment. • Perform system configuration, including integration with other HR systems. Soft Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. • Problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project management. Consulting and Solution Design: • Analyse client business processes and requirements to deliver tailored solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. • Provide recommendations for improving HR processes through the application of SuccessFactors best practices. Testing and Troubleshooting: • Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit, system, and integration testing. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in configuration, data migration, and integration. Training and Documentation: • Provide end-user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation. • Prepare knowledge transfer materials for clients.
